1. Accessing to the Set up page of VirusTotal App

1. Log in to your Splunk instance.
2. Navigate to the set up page: Apps → Manage Apps → VirusTotal App and click on «Set up» option

2. Customize General Settings

The VirusTotal App includes a specific menu entry for General Settings. The following option is available

• VirusTotal fields prefix.
  This option allows you to configure a custom prefix that will be used for all fields returned by the VirusTotal App. It will be very helpful to avoid field collisions when the source of data have similar fields names. By default and if no custom prefix is provided, the vt_ prefix will be used.
